Andy Cabrera
I am from the historic and colonial city of Tepic, the capital of Nayarit state where the weather is perfect all year round. It is 2.5 hours drive north of Bucerias on highway 200. My parents who were seasonal farm workers in Payette County Idaho raised me there where I went to school from Elementary to High School in a small town called New Plymouth until I moved out to go to college and studied Adminstracion at the School of Business at ITT Tech in Boise Idaho. I did not finish my degree and came back to Nayarit in 2007. I started working in Punta Mita resort for 3 years then moved on to Coldwell Banker as the Broker’s assistant where I gained a lot of real estate experience in the following 3 years. I met Michael Murphy in 2013 who I worked with until I bought the company from him in January 2019. My biggest values are honesty, hard work and perseverance. My favorite things to do are traveling to fun places with my wife Sara and camping on the weekends.
Vidal Preciado Ureña
My name is Vidal Preciado Ureña, I am 42 years old. I was born in a beautiful and picturesque little ranch located in the Sierra Madre de Jalisco near Puerto Vallarta. I studied elementary and middle school in Jalisco and I got the equivalent of GED high school when I was 35 years old in the United States.
When I was 28 years old, I married a beautiful Guatemalan woman with whom we formed a wonderful family of two beautiful daughters, Emilia, 10 years old and Alisha, 5 years old, and two naughty Chihuahuas Luz and Molly. I feel the luckiest man to have found true love as father and husband since my children are the ones that drive me to get ahead and be a better person.
I love Soccer and I played for a long time in the goalkeeper position which I think I played very well but after several injuries I had to retire, now I practice a new sport for me, which is very interesting to me. (Pickleball)
I have had the fortune to work and acquire knowledge in the following fields: Construction, hotels, tourism and travel agents.
Thanks to God and my family I had the opportunity to take on a new challenge now as a real estate agent in which I found my passion, always willing to continue learning day by day. It is satisfying and rewarding to know that I can help people find their new home in the short or long term.
My main objective is to grow personally and spiritually to be able to fulfill my dreams and achieve my goals always hand in hand with God and my Family.
Saul Robles
As a certified Real Estate Agent, I like to walk with my clients from house hunting to closing. I am a family man, born and raised in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. I live in Bucerias, I like sports and I am also a choir director and official translator. I spent some time in the US where I had the opportunity to study and work as a loan officer and bilingual teacher. I enjoy helping people and every year I try to make new friends specially from Canada and the US. I will be more than happy to show you properties and places in our beautiful Banderas Bay and beyond. Sara Arechiga
I am from a beautiful old mining town in the Sierra Madre mountains called Desmoronado Jalisco it is located about 1.5 hours South West of Talpa de Allende the weather is great and the terrain is hills and hills of mountainous jungle that lay between two rivers. I moved to Riviera Nayarit in 2008 where I worked at the Punta Mita Resort for 3 years and married Andy in 2011. I help him run the logistics part of the business and also with the property management end of the company. I am adventurous, outgoing and I value punctuality the most.
Michael Murphy
Michael Murphy founded Bienvenidos Real Estate in 2007. Working in the real estate industry since 1980 in Canada, Michael saw the opportunity to start a real estate office in Bucerias, to service the baby boomer investor and retiree looking to secure a warm place in the sun. Since that time a few agents and employees have come on gone. Michael was lucky to secure the services of Andy Cabrera in 2012 and Andy was Michaels 2nd up until 2019 when Michael decided to retire after 39 years in the industry. Andy was the natural choice to take over the business and continue providing first class service to all the existing and new clients. Our success comes from looking after our number one asset, our clients.
