Bienvenidos Real Estate was founded in 2010, by Michael Murphy a Canadian citizen from Nanaimo Canada with 30-plus years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2013 he contracted the services of Andres (Andy) Cabrera, a Mexican national from Tepic who grew up in the small town of New Plymouth Idaho in the U.S. Andy first came on as Michael’s sales assistant and worked up to sales agent then he bought the real estate firm from Michael in 2019. Together they built up the business to what it is now. Bienvenidos Real Estate now manages around 25 properties, rents around 20 properties, and has 7 sales agents.
