Michael Murphy founded Bienvenidos Real Estate in 2007. Working in the real estate industry since 1980 in Canada, Michael saw the opportunity to start a real estate office in Bucerias, to service the baby boomer investor and retiree looking to secure a warm place in the sun. Since that time a few agents and employees have come and gone. Michael was lucky to secure the services of Andy Cabrera in 2012 and Andy was Michaels 2nd up until 2019 when Michael decided to retire after 39 years in the industry. Andy was the natural choice to take over the business and continue providing first class service to all the existing and new clients.
