I first came to Mexico in my late 20’s or early 30’s, and knew stepping off the plane that I had experienced this part of the world at some time in another life…..the smells, the warmth, the genuine people of the country spoke to me in a familiar way that felt extremely like home! Back at home I had a few careers, construction and sales. I sold condominium conversions in Texas and studied real estate there. Upon coming here, I have taken all the AMPI certification courses to familiarize myself with Mexican law and procedures. I love the work! It took a few decades for me to realize my dream of living by the sea, but finally, the opportunity (and guts) got me and my dog, Alex, in the car to give it a whirl. I relocated to Mexico from the wine country north of San Francisco in 2018. I have always had several sports going on in my life, and after taking up pickleball in Mexico, I met Andy, the broker of Bienvenidos Real Estate. After a very heartfelt conversation, I decided I would find a family in that organization. Another win! Moving to Bucerias has bestowed many blessings on my head. Perfect weather, beaches, food and drink, sports, friends, relaxation…what’;s not to like!!!
